Baby's first webcam While stranded in a coffee shop during today's severe thunderstorm, we managed to get my sister's webcam up and running. Here's my first "live" view of Reidar. He was a sleepy pants.

Kev, That WebCam was really fun. Thanks for helping Elissa set it up. We contacted Marty who gave Karen and Charles the WebCam and who has a WebCam and had a two way video conversation with sound. At first, we couldn't get the sound working, but Elissa found that our microphone was muted, unmuted it, and voila. Somehow, we also got the picture to go full screen and we felt like we were sitting across from Marty having a visit. That was very cool. Then Marty went over to Grandma's and set up Nancy's computer to receive the WebCam video (no sound but we were on the phone) so Grandma could see her great grandson. We had such a great time with this thing. Anyway, I enjoyed both of your new blog entries. I do think Reidar resembles his Uncle Kevin. Wish you were here. Love, Mom
