The season premiere of Set It Up is now streaming on the web! This episode was a learning experience, and the technical difficulties are apparent. However, there are flashes of brilliance. In particular, look out for the show opening (even the music was done in-house) and for a spoken word piece entitled "Racism: Then and Now." Click here to watch the first episode! (If you have any problems playing the video, try installing the newest version of Quicktime).

I thought the program was GREAT! There were some technical difficulties with sound; but overall it was a well put together piece. I loved the opening. What came through to me was a lot of good information and a lot of heart. Karesa's poem was great. You have a lot of talent to work with. You all did a fantastic job!!!!! I'm really looking forward to the next show.
PS:Kevin, I really like your post card--it has a lot of special touches.

I especially like the opening credit sequence AND the way in which the spoken word poem (Then & Now) was pieced together.

I think that it's so much more fun to watch when you know the stars; y'all rule! I can't wait to see the next episode finished.
I think that the segment with Karesa's words combined with the interviews about racism in history was very powerful and well done.
I also thought the segment about the media coverage of "looting" on the Gulf coast was very interesting.
And Leon cracks me up.
